We have a team of trained technicians supervised by a competent Service manager who can deliver effective "After Care" and are backed with genuine factory specified spares, further our service center has all the required equipments to keep you cool ever after.

At Simply 23, we are fully aware that there are many components in an air-conditioning system which have to be looked after well. The compressor, motors, blowers, fans, electricals, controls, coils, filters, etc. Even ancillaries such as ducts, grilles, dampers, insulation, cooling towers and pumps. In fact one has to look at the whole air-conditioning system periodically, repair, replace what is necessary and balance the air distribution and refrigerant circuits.

Our technicians are fully trained in equipment maintenance and respond to your call normally in 3 hours flat. Our records show that our call closing time is approx. 4 hours for non-sealed system faults. Total downtime does not exceed 4 % of working time.
